Help Only FASTA format query sequences are accepted. FASTA format sequences can be either copied and pasted on the form or they can be uploaded in the form of simple text files. Files should contain annotation line followed by the sequences. The sequences containing ambiguities (like B, J, X, O, U and Z) are not accepted by the server, the user is intimated about the presence of such ambiguities. The prediction of MAAP as Adhesins or Non-adhesins, at a particular threshold is indicated by the co lour coding. The sequences whose scores are above threshold is highlighted in GREEN and the rest are highlighted in RED. Users can choose different thresholds to obtain useful results. From the result page itself, users can download the results of prediction, in a tab delimited simple text file.
